1 Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, registering an account, or placing an order on www.lolitawear.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. Minors aged 13+ may use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

3 Your Account

To access certain features of our website or place orders, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

This website is operated by STARECHO INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, a company duly incorporated and registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

All purchases, payments, refunds, and customer transactions made through this website are processed and managed by STARECHO INTERNATIONAL LIMITED as the legal merchant of record.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we believe that any information provided is inaccurate or that your account has been used in violation of these Terms.

4 Products, Pricing & Availability

We take great care to present our pieces accurately, but please keep in mind:

• Colors & textures shown on screen are a close — but not exact — representation of the physical fabric. Monitor calibration can cause minor differences.
• Handcrafted variations in lace trim, ribbon placement, embroidery, or dye lot are inherent to Lolita fashion and are not defects.
• Sizes follow the measurements shown on each product page. Please consult the size chart before ordering — garments are cut to specific body measurements and cannot be "returned for fit" outside the standard Returns window.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable local sales taxes, VAT, or import duties unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Availability may change at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any item.

5 Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed only when we send a shipping confirmation email.
• Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout (currently Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay).
• We primarily use Airwallex to process payments, with Stripe and PayPal available as secondary options. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, stock discrepancy, delivery restriction, or pricing errors. You will be notified and refunded in full in such cases.

6 Shipping, Duties & Delivery

• Estimated dispatch and transit times are shown on our Shipping page and at checkout. They are best-efforts, not guaranteed.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Import duties, VAT and customs fees are the customer's responsibility. Aurora Lolita cannot predict these; please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
• If a parcel is returned to us as "unclaimed" or "address incorrect" because of customer error, we will refund the goods value minus any actual shipping costs incurred.

7 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our returns framework is described in full on the Returns & Exchanges page, and forms part of these Terms by reference. In short:

• 14-day return window on eligible in-stock items.
• Certain categories (intimate wear, wigs, pre-order, made-to-measure) are final sale.
• Defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including the Aurora Lolita name and logo, product photography, illustrations, original prints, text descriptions, site design, and underlying code — is owned by Aurora Lolita or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and related laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, resell, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

9 User Reviews & Content

When you post a product review, comment, photograph, or other content ("User Content") on the Service you represent that it is your own original work and that you have the right to share it. You grant Aurora Lolita a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, reproduce, display, and adapt your User Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

We may remove any User Content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or otherwise contrary to these Terms.

10 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest content without our written permission.
• Bypass, disable, or attempt to interfere with the security features of the Service.
• Place fraudulent orders, submit falsified payment information, or abuse promotional codes.
• Resell our products for commercial purposes without a wholesale agreement with us.

11 Disclaimers

The Service and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurora Lolita, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as statutory consumer rights).

13 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Aurora Lolita harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party right.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any transactions, purchases, or use of this website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong SAR).

This website and all related commercial activities are operated by STARECHO INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, the merchant of record for all transactions conducted through this website.

By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is subject to the applicable laws, regulations, and consumer protection requirements of Hong Kong.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your purchase, or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
